Terms of use
The rules for the Cebix app and the cebix.app website.
1. General
Cebix is a discount app for university students in Azerbaijan; cebix.app is its website. By signing up in the app or sending a form on the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or the website.
2. Who can use Cebix
Discounts are for active students only. You confirm your status with a photo of your student card and a selfie. Approval lasts until the end of the current academic year, then you confirm again. One account per student.
3. Keeping your account safe
Your account and QR code are personal. Do not share them or use someone else’s discount. Keep your password secret. If you notice anything suspicious, write to us right away.
4. Discounts and shops
Discounts are offered by partner shops and companies. Cebix is not the seller: the partner is responsible for the product, service and price. Each offer shows its hours, days and limit. Partners may change or pause an offer.
5. The website
The partner list, products and prices on the website are for information and based on what partners tell us; the price at the till may differ. Pictures of app screens are examples. Use the forms (waitlist, business enquiry) only with your own details and for their purpose.
6. Not allowed
Uploading a fake or someone else’s student card, copying or sharing QR codes, using bots or scripts on the app or the website, spamming the forms, abusing coins or discounts. In such cases the account may be suspended and coins cancelled.
7. Price
Cebix is free for students. There are no payments in the app; coins are not money.
8. Limitation of liability
The app and the website are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee they will always be available. Disputes about a partner not honouring a discount or about service quality are between you and the partner; we will try to help.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the app and on this page. The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Questions: [email protected]
