Deleting your account
How to delete your Cebix account and your data.
1. Delete in the app
Open the Cebix app, go to the Profile tab at the bottom and choose Delete account. Type your password to confirm and tap Yes, delete. The account is deleted at once.
2. If you cannot sign in
Write to [email protected] from the e-mail tied to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We check that the request comes from you, delete the account within 30 days and reply to you.
3. What is deleted
Your name, surname, e-mail, university, profile photo (selfie), student card photo, password, coins and notifications. Your name and e-mail are removed from messages you sent to support.
4. What stays
Shops' sales records (date, amount, discount), for their accounting. Nothing in them identifies you: your name, e-mail and photo are removed. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for the period the law sets.
5. Without deleting the account
If you only want some of your data deleted (your profile photo, for example) or want a copy of it, write to [email protected].
